The debut album from the ACM Gospel Choir, semi-finalists in the 'BBC Last Choir Standing' competition. The Last Choir Standing finalists release a debut album with a mix of gospel styles and a selection of gospel favourites, re-workings of inspirational pop tunes and plenty for everyone to enjoy.
During the summer of 2008, millions of viewers tuned in to prime time BBC 1 on Saturday evenings to watch the gripping 'Last Choir Standing' competition.


The ACM Gospel Choir were a huge hit with viewers and judges alike, winning more fans every week and garnering great praise from the likes of Russell Watson.


Eventually making it through to the final four of the whole competition, the choir now proudly release their debut album, featuring a superb mix of gospel styles which MD Mark De-Lisser calls 'New Gospel.'
It's not every week that you get a British gospel choir with a debut album after they have spent seven weeks on prime time TV appearing in front of millions of viewers. But that's the story of the ACM Gospel Choir who were finalists on the Last Choir Standing competition. Their debut features a range of styles and includes classics like Wade In The Water, Oh Happy Day and I'm Going All The Way as well as gospel re-workings of pop classics like Something Inside So Strong, One Love and I Believe I Can Fly. The result is a fabulous choir album that manages to deliver something for everyone to enjoy.
